What a buyer doing supplier qualification needs from us is not a slogan but an answer: who made this, which documents can I get, and who issued them. CandidPharm sources through qualified partner manufacturers and coordinates qualification, document collection and export.
Our model
Four steps, and the boundary between us and the manufacturer in each of them.
Products are made by partner manufacturers
CandidPharm is a sourcing and trading company, not a manufacturing site. Every catalog product is made by a partner manufacturer, and the quality statements that travel with a shipment are the manufacturer's own.
We coordinate supplier qualification
Before a product is offered we collect the manufacturer's company and product information, and we pass on what your own qualification process asks for. What a given manufacturer can show differs per site and per product, so we say what we have rather than what sounds best.
We collect and check the batch documents
For each shipment we obtain the batch document from the manufacturer and check it against the specification agreed with you before the goods leave. If a result falls outside what was agreed, you hear it from us before shipment, not after.
We handle export documentation
Packing, shipping documents and the paperwork your destination requires are prepared per order, and are confirmed with you and with the forwarder before dispatch.
CandidPharm does not claim any certification, inspection or registration status of its own on this page. Where your process requires evidence from the manufacturing site, tell us what the evidence has to cover and we will ask the manufacturer and report back what exists.
Documents available on request
These documents are issued by the manufacturer, and what can be provided depends on the product and the manufacturer. Use the button in the last column to ask for one: it opens the inquiry form with that document already ticked.
